I have a case that began as a defense to a foreclosure that was being pursued by Nationstar, a mortgage loan servicer, against my client.

A company called Ocwen initiated foreclosure proceedings in March 2013. were initiated due to a servicing error committed by a prior loan servicer, Ocwen. Ocwen had gotten the loan and been ripped off, fair and square, by a prior loan servicer, the notorious, and now defunct, Saxon (aptly named, fucking savages).

Ocwen wasn't diligent at all (and idiotically 'touted' its 'onboarding' mothodologies in sworn testimony) in obtaining servicing rights to the loan - thought one thing, bought another situation. but they had actually bought something different. And so from start to finish essentially everything Ocwen did constituted a violation of some law or another. Literally everything it did. Ocwen initiated foreclosure proceedings but then pawned the servicing 'rights' off on Nationstar (these 'rights' contained a poison pill that Nationstar didn't bother to discover for itself, despite its obligation to do so).

The foreclosure suit was filed in March 2013, again, by Ocwen.

The case has mushroomed now into an unthinkable nightmare that has me bursting into tears at the thought of it all. It is so utterly filthy and disgusting.

That simple foreclosure defense has now generated a federal lawsuit against three defendants with multiple causes of action. During the course of that lawsuit, mistakes made by the other side have generated three additional lawsuits, all against law firms.

Plus, a Rule 60 motion has been filed in an attempt to tear down a judgment entered in 2012. If that motion prevails, and it has a chance, and if it fails an appeal will go up just to be sure, the situation for the defendants will become unthinkably difficult. Which is precisely what they all deserve.

This case . . . is not just a case. It isn't even a case at all, really. It's something different altogether. It's a series of cases that are linked together toward one common goal, to inflict as much legal damage on the Defendants as I am capable of inflicting. I'm working on my client's mission.

The various conflicts

man versus man
man versus nature
man versus himself

I've spent plenty of time versus nature and versus myself. I've emerged fully realized. Ready for any man.

Man versus Man. It's been a long time. Fear for other men. A hurricane has touched down and it won't stop blowing out windows until something or someone kills me.

Let's go.

Ode to Pythagorus

Thank you for trying.
If only the twats could read
They would discover
That it always turns out the same.
The original seer thwarted
By ordinary rage.
And now you haunt us all
Through your fucking formula.
The curious looks
About the schoolhouse
On the faces . . . of some, anyway.
Yes, it is fear there.
Because: in that situation
WHY THE FUCK
WOULD YOU EVER DECIDE
TO SQUARE A FUCKING SIDE?!

Economic Disruption 2017

I can tell yout his. Anybody pretending to understand wtf is going on with this economy or this market has my attention because wtf man.

Cryptocurrency?

Amazon is going to own Mars in a few years, apparently, and nobody can do anything about it, including world governments.

Apple makes shiny objects for zombies that were retards before they were turned and it’s the largest company in the world by market cap by a huge margin?

Sears is dead. GM and Chrysler died and had to be saved by the government. Tesla is 2nd largest US auto co by market cap. Its made a hundred thousand cars or some shit.

I can’t tell if nobody wants to leave the house or if people can’t stand being in the house anymore. Is this shit coming or going?
I was maybe 10 years old complaining to my dad about how the rest of the kids on the soccer team fucking sucked and couldn't do shit on offense. All they could do was watch me play up front against the entire other team while they all hung back waiting for me to get a goal.

My dad shut me down immediately. Violently he turned to me and said don't you ever let me hear you complain about your teammates again.

I quit team sports after that. Briefly re-entering only when required by a boarding school, and then only briefly before it was back to solo pursuits.

He never heard me complain about my teammates again.
